Rebuilding Lyons Strong A Project of Around Boulder County

Rebuilding Lyons Strong

While much progress has been made since the devastating floods of 2013. The road to recovery is long and many critical needs remain. Lyons is working hard to rebuild, recover and create a resilient community. We need your help to support these efforts today more than ever.

Every act of your generosity helps us further our mission to improve the quality of life, build a culture of giving, and encourage positive change in the greater Lyons area. In fact, your generosity helps:

  • restore parks and trails;
  • restore public spaces and enhance environmental restoration;
  • support individuals and families still struggling to recover; and
  • provide grants to a multitude of projects that would otherwise not be funded,

The Lyons Community Foundation has granted $1.3M to flood recovery efforts since the flood. See below to learn more about the grants we have given. Although we have made progress, we still have a long way to go. We still need your support.
